Macmillan Cancer Support NutriCalc Auction

Auction Terms and Conditions:

This auction is being provided by NutriCalc Ltd.

Bidders must be over 18 and purchasing on behalf of a professional business.

In placing a bid, the purchaser is hereby confirming that they have fully familiarised themselves with the NutriCalc Professional nutrition calculation software plan being auctioned off. For more information, visit https://www.nutricalc.co.uk/pricing-plans/

No monetary alternative can be provided to the NutriCalc software plan subscription.

The software plan is for a subscription period of 12 months only.

Bidders may make only one bid.

Bids must be placed in sterling (GBP).

The auction closes at 11am GMT on Monday 3rd October 2022.

To place a bid, please email enquiries@nutricalc.co.uk. For a bid to stand, bidders must state in the email their bid price, full name, company name, contact telephone number and company postal address.

The successful highest bidder will be contacted by NutriCalc Ltd. In the event of being unable to contact the bidder within seven days of the closing of the auction, NutriCalc Ltd. reserves the right to transfer the software plan licence purchase to the next highest bidder.

Once contacted by NutriCalc Ltd., the highest bidder will be expected to pay in full within 7 working days. If they do not, NutriCalc Ltd. reserves the right to transfer the software plan licence purchase to the next highest bidder.

The required payment must be settled in full in sterling (GBP), by way of CHAPS or by credit/debit cards. The Licensee must pay the whole of the subscription price including any VAT, including cleared funds, before the software plan will be activated.

No bid may be withdrawn, and as the bidder is purchasing a business-to-business product, they do not qualify for a cooling off period and refund.

If the successful highest bidder wishes to upgrade the ‘Professional’ level software plan to ‘Professional Plus’ level, they will also need to pay the difference in retail value between the two plans (an additional £200). Similarly, this will apply if they wish to upgrade to the ‘Premium’ level plan (an additional £650).

The software plan may only be used by one registered user, they may not share the login details with anyone else or transfer the plan to another user at any point during the subscription period.

The highest accepted bidder shall be the Licensee.

In the event that two or more bids equal the highest bid, the subscription plan shall be awarded to the bid received first.

In the event that no bids hit a reserve bid price set by NutriCalc Ltd., the company may withdraw the auction and instead make an appropriate donation to Macmillan Cancer Support.

NutriCalc Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to accept a bid from any person at their absolute discretion, without stating a reason.

By placing a bid you are entering into a legal contract with NutriCalc Ltd.

The user agrees to comply with the NutriCalc Ltd. standard user licence terms & conditions.

NutriCalc Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the auction terms and conditions without notice.
