Obtaining Values Per 100ml

By default, NutriCalc provides nutrition values per 100g, but users sometimes want to have values ‘per 100ml’. 

These are appropriate for liquid products such as juices and smoothies. They are also sometimes used with ice cream products.

‘Per 100ml’ figures can be obtained in NutriCalc by entering a specific gravity for the product. This is a measure of the weight of the product divided by the volume, so if 1000ml of the product weighs 1040g, the specific gravity will be 1.04.
